The family room was excellent despite not looking appealing in photos. the bathroom was nicely decorated and included amenities like a hairdryer, shower cap, and fresh towels. - the location in Pals was ideal and tranquil, close to beaches, towns, the garden, and Calella de Palafrugell.

Stunning location, comfy and beautiful rooms with the garden, jacuzzi, EXCELLENT bathroom. Excellent food choices for breakfast. Location really close to beaches and towns, and Begur and calella de palafruguel. Good services, the free parking was available on site.

The deluxe queen room is beautiful and attractive. Good service and the food is excellent.

The hotel is pleasant and spacious. the staff is consistently courteous. - the location is good in a beautiful area. - the room is absolutely stunning and beautiful.

Location. It is a perfect haven of peace to rest in the "stormy weather" of l'Empordà.. staff. They're good professionals. Xavi and Marc's cooking is excellent. Xavi's conversation is even better. attention of the waiters (Antonio and another guy I don't remember his name) is professional, exquisite and very pleasant. reception staff is very attentive. the cleaning and maintenance staff had everything impeccable. place and facilities. An old farmhouse with wonderful gardens and a good swimming pool in a beautiful Mediterranean forest environment and just 15 minutes walk from Pals, with a very pleasant SPA after a day's excursion.

Throughout our stay there were problems with the water thermostat and no cold water was coming out of the bathroom. But it was a technical problem that did not affect our vacation in an insurmountable way and I guess they have already solved it.

Breakfast, no doubt. There is a good assortment of very good sausages, great sobrassada, fuets, etc. to take with bread and tomato. orange juice and pastries are also very good. It has a variety of oat milk, etc.. fruit also in its point. You can use the pool, sauna and Jacuzzi 24h, you can enter at night, turning on the different lights at the entrance if you want. bed is a little hard.

The water in the jacuzzi is very cold. The outdoor pool is very small and full of children. In summer it is a family hotel with many children. There is a missing sign to get there from the roundabout coming from Torroella. Take the first street on the left until you reach the end of the road and from there continue parallel until you can pass under the bridge and then continue for a little over a kilometre on a narrow tarmac road until you reach the hotel on the right. As you are in the middle of the forest there are mosquitoes, take repellent and insecticide for the room.

Excellent family room with a cozy family atmosphere. the facilities provided such as multi-channel television, a study table, and a radio were great. Very good service overall and convenient on-site parking.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, each with a private terrasse. The common areas and the garden are very nice. Breakfast was excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Really cant understand the negative feedback on this place. We had a fantastic stay here. The lady who greeted us at the hotel was lovely and very friendly which made us feel very welcome. The facilities are great, we mostly enjoyed the indoor pool and spa. The hotel was very quiet as it was late in the season and felt like we had the place to ourselves. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was great too and definitely worth adding to the booking. Great walks on your doorstep into the forest, town in walk-able distance and the beach not too far away. Chapeau! Look forward to staying here again!

Friendly and helpful staff

Room was damp, not maintained (door handle to patio needed re-screwing) nor cleaned:plaster fallen from damp patch on wall not cleared, child's toy found under bed and black, furry, rotten orange stuck to floor under armchair. Room was cleaned after complaint but no compensation offered.

Its location close to the coast is truly fantastic. the hotel also provides lovely garden views and top-notch service. Guests can relax at the pool bar and enjoy the nice pool on site.

The restaurant was excellent

There was major building work being carried out and many parts of the grounds were not accessible.
